The design process

• Initial Consultation – Meeting with the Client, discussing their requirements and budget to establish the Design Brief, assess and survey the site and discuss various suggestions to develop an initial concept layout before the design. Design Quotation process to commence design.
• Completed Design & Presentation – Present concept design layout, discuss necessary additions and alterations for amendment, revise the brief to re-consider the factors influencing the design in the consideration of making any crucial adjustments.
• Construction Quotation – of the design specifications and stages of project development.
• Completed Project Inspection and Sign Off.
• Set-up Maintenance Program and Costings.
